High-level project view across slab progress and subassembly execution. Completion is based on released quantities, not total maximum quantity.

Only the items that need attention are shown here: stock shortages, pending releases, holds, bottlenecks, and readiness blockers.
Batch Tracking Dashboard
Each demand batch remains separate. New demand is added after previous batches and is not mixed with older batches.
Bottleneck Dashboard
Ranks workstations based on open qty, hold qty, and readiness blocking impact.
Delay / Carry-over Dashboard
Shows open work that was not finished from previous days or previous demand batches.
Production Readiness Score
Readiness Score measures activity completion progress for each Project + Pod Type + Batch before main assembly readiness.
Daily Control
Daily meeting view: demand, released work, execution queue, carry-over, hold reasons, and workstation completion summary.

Final handover control: actual ready quantity for main assembly, readiness details, activity counts, and next action to push.
Casting
Casting Team workspace for adding casting stock, generating casting reports, and raising casting correction / transfer requests.
Add Casting / Stock IN
Select Project Number and Pod Type. The Work Order No. is loaded from imported Oracle slab casting work orders. If one open WO exists, it is auto-selected; if multiple open WOs exist, the user must select the correct one; if no open WO exists, casting is blocked. Slab stock is created only from this casting transaction.
Daily Casting Report
Generate casting reports by date range. Use Excel for detailed review and PDF for formal daily/weekly reporting.
Casting Correction / Transfer Request
Use this section when a casting entry was submitted wrongly. The system keeps the original record and creates an auditable correction request. Approval is required before the stock is changed.
Slab Stock
Admin and Process Control workspace for stock balance, slab production progress, slab transactions, and casting correction approvals.

Slab Production Progress Against Maximum Qty
Accumulated production qty is calculated from all slab casting transactions for each Project + Pod Type. Maximum qty comes from the Project / Pod Type Master. Use filters and click table headers to sort.
Slab Transactions
Filter slab movement history and click any header to sort ascending/descending.
Casting Correction Approval
Supervisor approval applies the correction and records all adjustment transactions. Rejected requests remain in the audit trail.

Slab Loading & Offloading Planning
Use this visual planning area after slab release to generate trailer loading stacks, confirm loading, confirm offloading to storage, and then feed the Slab Flow board. Master data for slab dimensions and trailer capacity is maintained in the Master Data tab.

Supervisor updates Deliver Qty Now, selects lines, then confirms delivery. Work orders are generated only for delivered qty. Any delivery difference creates a review issue.

User Management, Access Matrix & System Data
Admin-only area for users, role access matrix, backup, restore, and reset tools.
User Management
Create and maintain user accounts. Each user has a role, active status, and optional assigned workstation.
User Entry & Import
Add users manually or upload a file. Workstation is required only for Workstation Operator users.
User Preview Before Update
Review manual/uploaded users before applying. Duplicate usernames and invalid workstation assignments are blocked.
Current Users
Active users can log in. Inactive users are blocked from login without deleting their record.
Access Matrix
Review role-based visibility and action permissions.
Admin can download the current access matrix, update it in Excel, then import it back. Use Access = Yes or No.
Access Matrix Preview Before Update
Review imported role access before applying. This controls tab and dashboard visibility.
Operational Cutover & Opening WIP
Admin control for separating historical records from active Trailer Loading and Slab Entry work.
Trailer and Slab Entry Go-Live Control
History remains available, while operational screens show only records on/after the cutover date or records explicitly retained as opening WIP.
For selected shipment lines: first select the required lines in Slab Release & Delivery, then return here and click “Keep Selected Shipment Lines as Opening WIP”.

Delete rule: Delete is allowed only when the Project + Pod Type has zero related records. Deactivate is allowed anytime and keeps history safe.
Project / Pod Type Slab Dimensions & Trailer Master
Maintain slab dimensions by Pod Type as part of the Project / Pod Type master. Trailer master settings are also maintained here and used by the Slab Release & Delivery loading/offloading plan.
2. Slab Casting Work Order Import
Import and manage Oracle slab casting work orders used by the casting team.

Add Oracle slab casting work orders manually or upload a file. All lines go first to preview before updating the imported WO list. Project + Pod Type must already exist in the master.

Review, edit, or remove manual/uploaded lines before applying. Invalid lines must be fixed by first adding the Project + Pod Type in the Project / Pod Type Master.
